Synopsis

Phoenix is a young girl from humble beginnings who is destined to be just another “pretty” face in the hood until she decides to become an urban model. Once she sees that the entertainment industry is full of users and abusers she starts a modeling agency with her best friend Angel. Phoenix struggles to maintain her rise to fame as her relationships with friends and family are tested by jealousy and Lies

It is my pleasure to announce that our feature film Watch Phoenix Rise will Premiere at the Oakland International Film Festival on April 4th at the GRAND LAKE THEATER at 2:30pm. There will be an Encore screening on April 7th at the Black Repertory Group Theater at 9:00pm. I would like to thank David Roach and the Oakland Film Society for providing a great venue for filmmakers to display their hard work. To my cast and crew IT"S TIME TO RISE!!
